Every email to NINE DIALED is read by a person. There is no support tier. There is no chatbot. There is no offshore queue. The same inbox handles customer service, press requests, wholesale inquiries, and someone telling us a tee fits beautifully or that a frame arrived with a corner scuff.

Response time is within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend messages are answered first thing Monday.

Brand assets, high-resolution product photography, and current drop information are available on request. We are selective about coverage and prefer outlets and writers whose existing work overlaps with the design, coffee, and independent magazine space.

Wholesale and Stockists

NINE DIALED is primarily direct-to-consumer. Wholesale is considered for a small number of carefully chosen specialty coffee shops, design stores, and independent retailers whose curation aligns with the brand. We do not stock big-box retailers, marketplace sellers, or general gift shops.

Email is monitored Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Messages received outside those hours are queued and answered in order on the next business day. We do not staff weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

What Not To Email

Affiliate program proposals, search-engine-optimization services, paid press placements, growth-hacking consultations, link-building offers, and offshore design or development outreach are filtered before they reach the inbox. If your message is unsolicited and commercial, it will not be read. We are sorry to be direct.
